  I can absolutely recommend Yoga Gangeya.  As an intermediate yoga student, I never thought that I would gain so much within the first three months of working with El! I do feel that so much attention is given to work around injuries and guidance towards healing.  For many years, I found Yoga to be strenuous and painful after shoulder surgery, hence I completely stopped.  I took another chance and was amazed at how much mobility I gained.  Not only did my Yoga practice enhanced my physical wellbeing, my levels of stress has subsided. Preperation for class

Make sure your device’s battery is sufficiently charged.
Be ready 5 minutes before the starting time.
Place your mat parallel to your camera, about 2 to 3 meters away.
You can switch your camera off if you do not want the instructor to see you.
Do not eat at least an hour before the class. But make sure you have had something to eat for the day.

Terms & Conditions

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full payment for classes is due at the beginning of the month for that month. Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of classes.
Due to limited time slots, we have a strictly enforced 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Any appointment missed, cancelled, or changed without 24-hour notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
Appointments cancelled 24- hours before the commencement of class; can be rescheduled in that current month.
Cancelled classes are not transferable to the next month as classes or credits.
A month’s notice must be given for termination of the contract.
