Orders will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Yoga Gangeya makes use of courier services to deliver orders. If your delivery address falls within our courier’s normal city service area. Yoga Gangeya makes use of The Courier Guy. 

If your delivery address does not fall within our courier’s normal city service area and your parcel require a dedicated special trip to deliver, which includes:

1. All regional areas
2. All High Risk areas.
3. All outlying areas.
4. All orders qualify for Free delivery in outlying and regional areas.
5. Examples of special delivery areas include: Mines, Power stations, Plots, Farms, remote areas, military bases, Game lodges, Port / Harbors, Embassies and Consulates. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery.

For the above exceptions; Yoga Gangeya will send you a quote for delivery. Feel free to drop us an email before you place your order and we will look for possibilities of getting your potential purchase to you for the best possible price. Or choose your choice of shipping method for which we will be happy to provide a quote before we process your order.

Delay of delivery is no grounds for return or refund.

Free delivery on all orders over R600.00 within the Gauteng Province. 

The customer enters into a sales agreement with Yoga Gangeya only after payment has been made to the company. All goods remain the property of Yoga Gangeya until Yoga Gangeya receives proof of payment.

Yoga Gangeya informs the customer about the services provided by yoga classes. Yoga Gangeya is also an online store selling yoga related products.

If, on receipt of the product, it is damaged or broken, you must inform Yoga Gangeya within one working day of receipt. Arrangements will then be made to replace the product and be send to you for our account. If the product is out of stock, you will be refunded in full.

With all clothing items, please check the sizing guides for accurate sizing before you checkout. We will process your item and exchange it for the correct size, but delivery costs in this instance will be for your account. Please note that we only process refunds if all tags are attached to the product/s, if the product/s has/have not been damaged or stained, and if the product/s is/are in its/their original packaging. Yoga Gangeya reserve the right to deny a refund should the item/s have been worn or are not in a fit condition for resale.

Please note that all items must be exchanged and refunds made within 7 days of receiving of your order.

Items on sale cannot be return or exchanged.

Orders can only be cancelled before payment has been made or before the order has been dispatched by Yoga Gangeya.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact Yoga Gangeya within one working day of receipt of the product. Your order will be checked and will be swapped for the correct product. This will be for our account.

Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer/smartphone monitor/screen has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Hand-Made Products

All hand-made products might differ slightly in colour and pattern, which gives each item its unique look. We do our best to keep it consistent and as true to the photo as possible. Due to the change in the hand-made product, we might not be able to re-stock the exact same item, or restocking them might take longer than the average time. 

We offer a variety of payment methods through the familiar and trusted PayFast interface. PayFast processes MasterCard, Visa credit cards and Instant EFT.

Yoga Classes

1. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Full payment for classes is due at the beginning of the month for that month. Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of classes.
3. Payment is due on or before the 1st of the month. Please be aware that overdue balances will be charged interest at a rate of 2% daily until the balance is paid.
4.  Due to limited time slots, we have a strictly enforced 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Any appointment missed, canceled, or changed without 24-hour notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount. 
5. Appointments cancelled 24- hours before the commencement of class; can be rescheduled in that current month. 
6. Canceled classes are not transferable to the next month as classes or credits.  
7.  A month’s notice must be given for termination of the contract.
