 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been doing corporate yoga with El since just after covid.  it was the highlight of my week. We loved it so much that we even paid ourselves for an extra day each week. It is fun and challenging and the results were clear. I have since left the company, thus the past tenses used....however I now do her YouTube videos at home. Definitely a business to be supported.
