Chandan Long Incense Sticks are great to use before or during a Yoga class, or in your home or office.  Chandan-Sandal as it is called commonly is one of the most widely accepted fragrances since the Vedic times. The purity of the form and the divine fragrance is to be felt rather than mere explanation. Place incense away from flammable materials. Use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.

Incense comes in different shapes and sizes. The shapes change depends on the cultural origin.  The change in manufacturing technology also has a great impact on the shape of incense. Incense is made from natural plant materials and essential oils, and these materials release fragrant smoke when you burn it.  Chandan Long Incense Sticks are made from a bamboo core that is coated with incense material.

SHAPES:

Core stick: Is made from a bamboo core which is coated with incense material.

Cone: The cone shape was invented in the 1800s in Japan. It does not have core support and it burns relatively fast.

Dhoop: This is a solid stick of incense and can be broken into the desired size for burning.
