El is an absolutely incredible yoga teacher. Since starting classes with her, I’ve noticed such a positive difference both physically and mentally. I feel stronger, calmer, and more balanced after every session. She keeps the classes fresh and interesting with thoughtful variety, so it never feels repetitive or routine.

I've been doing corporate yoga with El since just after covid. it was the highlight of my week. We loved it so much that we even paid ourselves for an extra day each week. It is fun and challenging and the results were clear.
I have since left the company, thus the past tenses used....however I now do her YouTube videos at home.
Definitely a business to be supported.
